Happy New Moon in Cancer friends!
Our habitual feelings are magnetic. They carry the power to attract life experiences. The major exception would be feelings of sadness, anger and disgust that result from the typical systemic tribal biases which are directed toward specific factions of society, such as sexism, racism and agism.
How are you feeling these days? How would you prefer to feel?
The archetype of Cancer focuses on the women, mothers, our homes the emerge from the nesting instinct. Cancer rules the chest, breasts and stomach. It represents the feeling, maternal, nurturing, caring, intuitive, responsive impulses inside - specifically the women in our lives, the empathic and reflective powers of the moon within, all expressions of the divine feminine in each of us - of which we sorely need to balance with the divine masculine (I’ll be referencing the divine masculine next month).

When you feel safe, at home, peaceful, knowing, great amounts of love, joy and even bliss, you are experiencing qualities of your soulL.
This New Moon: Set Intention to open to the ways and means to bring more self care into your daily life. Listen Intuitively. Let soul-filled art flow. Call forth the nurturing parent inside. Do something loving for your mom, or those who nurture you, and/or in memory of your mother.

Safely light a candle tonight in a cozy place. What does your soul want you to feel? Listen. Your soul will speak through your intuition. Keep listening until it speaks. It will. When it does, write it simply in oily colors. Sing it from the depths of your heart. Play Heart and Soul on the piano. Cook it as a prayer into your favorite dish(es). Whisper it to a plant, a lake, a tree ...or flower.
However you do it, set the intention for how you would like you, your family and the global family to feel - particularly more loved, appreciated, nurtured and cherished.
