Spiritual Impressionism
From an early age, I felt music inside my body. This made it difficult for me to take piano lessons. My parents did try. My mother got me my first piano when I was sixteen even though I refused lessons. I loved Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. Mom played it for me when she was carrying me before birth. I painstakingly learned to play the First Movement. Soon after that, my Qigong and other martial arts practices opened the energy channels in my body/mind to the extent that when I would sit at the piano, music would just flow through me. That is when I realized I was a composer of some type of music. I did notice that this music would flow through after I was inspired by some feeling, usually after being in nature. So when people ask what kind it is, if it is New Age, I say, I prefer to call it Spiritual Impressionism. This is a new genre for most of my artistic expressions.
Healing Sound Baths
I invite you to close your eyes, breathe deeply, let yourself be fully immersed in the sounds and see where each of the pieces take you. The one titled Moonlit Waters has been known to regulate blood pressure when accompanied by slow deep breaths. Enjoy!

Celesta Questa
On November 11, 2019, I had a strong feeling that something big was about to happen in the world. I did not know what it was to be at the time. I just knew I had to go to the piano. When I did, the piece I affectionately call Celesta Questa came through. I recorded it on my phone and have left it as it came through, the raw version. It is subtle with one recurring theme - right when it seems there is an end to a phrase another rises, like a healing wave, like our resilient Spirits. Now I know I was feeling the Coronavirus approaching and other things. Being an astrologer, I tend to look toward the greater perspective on what is happening within each of us and our beautiful planet.
