Blessed Virgos - Keepers of the Spirit
Whenever I reference the Virgo archetype this way, people are surprised. They retort, …”But I thought Virgos are critical and judgmental and so into keeping the details meticulously clarified!” I reply, ‘Yes, they are in their area of interest. They are the ones who take care of the details so the spirit can flow. For instance, my piano partner, Camille Escudero, is an amazing Virgo. One of her many great organizational skills is in graciously writing my inspired music down in glorious detailed notation so that it can survive beyond my lifetime. It can then be played by others. This service is Virgo/Pisces at it’s best.
A Family of Virgos
I was blessed to be born into a family of Virgos. My maternal gransmother, father, two sisters and youngest brother are all Virgos. My soul knew who would help me analyze, improve, refine and bring more of my potential into fruition by their very example.
Cosmologically Speaking, this particular full moonlight is shining on our abilities to serve, analyze and reflect upon the specific details of our individual and collective mental/physical health. It is a time to purify both, in your own way, in order to prepare for the new growth Spring can bring.

Nature as Asylum
Virgo reminds us that Nature, in its purity, in its organized natural order of everything, is a natural healing sanctuary. Place yourself in the gift of a natural setting to expedite this purification - back to the alignment with your Eternal Nature - by the rhythmic vast ocean, in a still desert, a majestic forest, a sweat lodge, etc . In my World Peace Symphonic Odyssey this purification, one that leads to transformation, happens in the hot desert. Our connection with animals and plants gently leads us back to our souls.
Spirituality (any belief system that enables one to be freely authentic) - meditation, yoga, qigong, music and poetry are strategic tools to cultivate our connection with our authentic Selves.
Bringing ourSelves into focus in our individual roles aa healing agents in our homes, communities and world is the reward of this reflection.
